General Revenue Program (GR)
Pettis and Associates Inc. provides General Revenue service for Dallas Metrocare Consumers. Pettis and Associates Inc. General Revenue team members have been selected based on their experience and reputation for providing quality for consumers with special needs. Our staff is comprised of dedicated professionals who have extensive education, a commitment to community and cultural sensitivity. Within our staff we have bi-lingual and bi-cultural staff that can work with various cultures.
We currently provide General Revenue Services within the Dallas County and have a long standing relationship with Dallas Metrocare. Our primary goal in the General Revenue program is to obtain positive results by promoting self- development and actively engaging consumers and their families in this process. By assisting our consumers in developing independent living, personal responsibility, basic social skills, we provide the following services:
- Community Support Services provides focused skills training in community setting to enhance a person’s independence.
- Respite Care provides short term temporary or intermittent direct care of a child or adult, either in the home or out of home. It is designed to relieve the caregiver of stress resulting from continuous care of a dependent person or persons.

- Maintain a large pool of Independent Contracted Aide for families that cannot locate a trainer or respite aide.
- Work closely with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure seamless services.
- Case Manager assigned to each case to understand consumer needs.
